Workshops Ortho dag

Hieronder vindt u de informatie over de gegeven workshops tijdens de Ortho dag op vrijdag 20 november. U kunt in het aanmeldformulier uw voorkeursprogramma opgeven.

1. Hands on workshop MARPE, Digital Planning door Dutch Airway Group:

   Tijdens deze workshop verdiepen we ons in MARPE-expanders met TADs. Wij starten met de belangrijkste theoretische principes en klinische toepassingen. Vervolgens demonstreren wij live de digitale planning en positionering van TADs. In het hands-on gedeelte gaan deelnemers zelf aan de slag met het plaatsen van een TAD.

2. Hands on workshop Leaf Expander door Leone:

   Complete control of the maxillary expansion thanks to the predetermined, calibrated and constant forces released by the Leaf Springs. Thanks to the unique characteristics of these expanders, daily home re-activation of the expander is not necessary. Leaf Expander® reactivation is performed by a clinician according to the suggested protocol, while the Leaf Self-activated Expander® model does not require re-activation either at home or by a clinician. We start with an introduction of all the leaf expander products. After the introduction there is time for the participants to see, feel, release and (re)activate several prefabricated demoappliances. A clinical atlas that features 30 clinical cases is available free for all participants

3. Mastering interproximal reduction (IPR): A Hands-On Workshop door Intensiv SA

   Join us for an immersive workshop that explores the world of Interproximal Reduction (IPR) in orthodontics.We'll start with an introduction to IPR mechanical systems, highlighting their advantages and the essential components. Learn the techniques and protocols critical for precision and safety. The heart of this workshop lies in hands-on experience: participants will perform mechanical IPR on typodonts with Intensiv IPR products, allowing practical application in diverse clinical scenarios. By the workshop's end, you'll leave with a comprehensive guide, empowering clinicians to address a wide range of IPR cases confidently and securely in their practice.
